The new sites looks pretty good. The guided search future is fine.
There are many property sites having nice look and easy navigation like Brazil property site. The better the user feel comfortable with site navigation, more he will spent.
Being able to understand the specific foreclosure laws in each state is essential, especially for states like Florida and California. I really like that feature
